Shop FAQs

Ordering

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed online via our School Shop website. Simply add the items you would like to your basket and follow the checkout process, with the option for delivery or click and collect. Please note that if you'd like one of our wooden products engraved, please add the engraving as an additional item to your basket, or we'll assume you'd like it left blank.

Can I order in person?
If you're at the school and know which products you would like, we can process the order for you and you can take the product home with you.

Can students place orders?
With permission from their parents/guardians, students may purchase items from the shop.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards for online and in-person purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash or cheques.

Can I use my school account to pay?
No. Please buy your products via the school shop website.


Delivery & Collection

Can orders be delivered?
Orders can be delivered to your home address for a small postage fee.

Can I collect from the school?
Yes - please select 'Click & Collect' at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect from the School Shop.

How long will my order take?
Please allow up to 5–7 working days for processing during term time. During busy periods (e.g. before Christmas), it may take a little longer, but we will update you on each product page.

Do you deliver internationally?
We can send items internationally, but please contact us first, so we can get a delivery quote from our suppliers. of@frensham.org


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns, unless your product is faulty or damaged. In which case, please contact the supplier directly, using details from the relevant supplier's page.

Can I exchange an item?
Due to the personalised nature of a lot of the items, we cannot exchange items, however, you can speak to the supplier directly as they may be able to help, depending on the items.


Stock & Availability

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is temporarily unavailable, you'll be notified on the product page and we can let you know when it's back in stock.

Will you ever add more items to the shop?

Yes, we will be monitoring the popularity of our products and we'll be adding and changing stock as and when.


Contact & Opening Hours

When is the School Shop open?
As it's an online shop, it's always open for placing orders, however, production and despatch might be affected by school and public holidays, but we'll always update you on the main pages.
